MAX15062CATA+T high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchronous buck DC-DC converter with built-in MOSFET, operating in the input voltage range of 4.5V to 60V. The converter provides an output current of up to 300mA, with output voltages of 3.3V (MAX15062A), 5V (MAX15062B), and adjustable output voltage (MAX15062C). The device operates within a temperature range of -40 ° C to+125 ° C and is packaged in a compact 8-pin (2mm x 2mm) TDFN. Provide simulation mode.

The device adopts a peak current mode architecture with a MODE pin, which can be used to control device operation in pulse width modulation (PWM) or pulse frequency modulation (PFM) mode. The PWM working mode maintains a fixed frequency under any load condition and is very useful in applications that are sensitive to changes in switching frequency. The PFM working mode eliminates negative inductor current and additional jump pulses under light load conditions to improve efficiency. The low on resistance on-chip MOSFET ensures high efficiency at full load and simplifies PCB layout.

To reduce input surge current, the device provides internal fixed soft start. The device also has EN/UVLO pins, allowing users to turn on the device when the input voltage meets the corresponding requirements. The extremely low RESET open drain pin can be used for output voltage monitoring.
